The Influence of Implementation of Orderly and Motivational Cultural Policies on Student Discipline in SMA Negeri I Sumenep

Abstract


Discipline is defined as behavior that follows rules and is carried out by women and students. This behavior can be caused by a number of things, such as incentives and culture and regular policies. . The aim of this research is to find out how the orderly and motivating cultural policy of SMA Negeri 1 Sumenep influences student discipline. With a sample of 292 students selected randomly from 1080 students in the student body, this research uses quantitative research methods. Of the 292 students selected randomly from among 1080 students in the student body, this research uses quantitative research methods. Test validity, reliability , normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity, multiple linear regression analysis, linear regression analysis t test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination are some of the tools used in data analysis. The F test and coefficient of determination are one of the tools used in data analysis . research findings show that student discipline variables are slightly influenced by orderly culture policy variables, student discipline variables are slightly influenced by motivation variables, and student discipline variables are slightly influenced by orderly culture policy variables that student discipline variables are slightly influenced by orderly culture policy variables, student discipline variables slightly influenced by motivation variables.
