Abstrak

Teknologi digital terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan industri dari 4.0 ke 5.0. Industri 5.0 adalah konsep perkembangan industri yang menitikberatkan adanya kolaborasi manusia dan mesi cerdas seperti robot dan kecerdasan bauta (AI). Berbeda dari Industri 4.0 yang fokus pada otomatisasi dan digitalisasi, Industri 5.0 menambahkan unsur kemanusiaan, keberlanjutan, dan personalisasi.Chatbot AI merupakan sebuah aplikasi atau program komputer yang memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk berkomunikasi dengan pengguna melalui percakapan layaknya manusia. Teknologi seperti pemrosesan bahasa alami (natural language processing/NLP) dan pembelajaran mesin (machine learning/ML) digunakan untuk memahami pertanyaan dari pengguna dan memberikan tanggapan yang sesuai.
