Pembelajaran Bahasa Interaktif Berbasis Lagu Daerah Dan Kearifan Lokal Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbahasa Siswa Kelas II SDNegeri 105313 Namo Rube Julu

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of using an interactive learning approach based on regional songs and local wisdom on improving the language skills of grade II students at SD Negeri 105313 Namo Rube Julu. The study was conducted using the classroom action research (CAR) method in two cycles, involving 15 students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and language skills assessments which were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, only 33.3% of students achieved scores above the KKM, with a class average of 62.4. After the implementation of cycles I and II, there was a significant increase with 86.7% of students achieving scores above the KKM and the class average increasing to 82.3. The highest increase occurred in the speaking aspect with an average of 84.6, followed by listening (85.2), reading (81.7), and writing (77.7). In addition, student activity and active participation increased significantly, and 80% of students stated that learning based on regional songs was more enjoyable and easier to remember. The conclusion of this study shows that the learning approach based on regional songs and local wisdom is effective in improving language skills and fostering appreciation of local culture in students.
