Analysis of Work Placement, Ability and Loyalty at the National Unity and Political Agency Office of Aceh Tamiang Regency

Abstract


This research aims to analyze placement, ability and work loyalty at the Aceh Tamiang Regency National and Political Unity Agency Office. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to office employees. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The research results show that appropriate placement, adequate abilities and high work loyalty contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Placements that match individual competencies increase work efficiency, while skills that are continually honed through continuous training increase productivity. Apart from that, high work loyalty creates a conducive work environment and encourages employees to provide the best performance. In conclusion, these three factors together have an important role in determining performance at the National Unity and Political Agency Office of Aceh Tamiang Regency.
