The Influence of Work Environment and Leadership Style on Employee Performance with Work Motivation

Abstract


This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as an interverning variable. The data analysis technique used in this research is PLS-SEM analysis. The results of the research are that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an interverning variable. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an interverning variable.
