Analyzing Employee Performance Aspects of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Medan

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance and determine the most dominant factor influencing PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Medan. The sampling technique used random sampling to determine the number of samples based on the Slovin formula, namely as many as 80 people. Data collection techniques using documentation studies, interviews, and questionnaires. The research method uses descriptive quantitative factor analysis techniques. The results showed that from the 34 indicators initially selected 26 indicators which can then be grouped into four factors that affect the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Medan, namely organizational culture, leadership, motivation, and work discipline factors. Organizational culture is the most dominant factor affecting employee performance, with an eigenvalue of 3,143 and a Variance (12,088%).
