The Role of Employee Performance: The Influence of Training and Employee Motivation

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 (Persero) Medan. The research approach used is this research is an associative and quantitative approach. The population in this study is 386, the sample in this study is 88 employees. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and determination test. The results of the study show that training has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 (Persero) Medan. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 (Persero) Medan. Training and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.
