Best Practice Effective Leadership in Schools
Abstract
Leadership is not only about the style displayed by the leader because no one style can be applied consistently in various organizations. No leadership is good for all situations so each has distinct advantages. Therefore, the aspect of applying leadership style is no more important than the issue of the leader's ability to treat all personnel elements humanely so that work can be completed on time and with quality according to the required standards. Leadership always gives an interesting impression because leadership requires a style and attitude that is by the climate of educational institutions and educational units. Good leadership is leadership that shows a combination of good leader-member relations with regular and structured tasks, and a high position of power possessed by the leader.
