The Influence of Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance on PT. Indogrosir Pekanbaru

Abstract


This research aims to investigate whether discipline and work environment have a significant impact on the performance of PT employees. Indogrosir Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative methods, namely by observing research objects and distributing research questionnaires. This research is explanatory in nature which explains the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The data analysis carried out was data quality testing, classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, then the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. So it can be concluded that these two variables have a positive influence on employee performance, where when these two variables increase, employee performance will increase.
