THE ROLE OF TEACHERS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS AT KINDERGARTEN ABA 25 MEDAN

Abstract


The aim of this research is to determite the roles of teachers in the learning
process.Education is the human right of every indonesian citizen and in the current era,
education is a primary need. This research method uses qualitative research case study methof.
Case study is a research method. Case study is a research method that focuses on in-depth
analysis of a particular case. Data collection in case studies is obsevation, interviews, and
documentation. This research was research was carried out on October 30, 2024 at TK ABA 25
Jl. Pelita II No. 5. The results of the research are that the roles of teachers in Kindergarten ABA
25 are teaching, educating, motivating, managing the class, and facilitating. The conclusion that
can be drawn is that the role of the teacher is very important for both students and students.
Teachers at ABA 25 Kindergarten have many roles, especially in managing the learning process,
being a guide for children, and a motivator for children.
