Abstract
Tranformasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Melalui Gamifikasi Digital: Studi Pada Pengguna Game Last Letter Di Roblox Di Kalangan Pelajar.
Pemanfaatan platform permainan digital sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa semakin relevan seiring meningkatnya keterlibatan pelajar dalam ekosistem game online. Penelitian ini berfokus pada game last letter di roblox, perminan sambung kata berbahasa inggris yang mengharuskan pemain menyusun kata baru dari huruf terakhir kata sebelumnya. Meskipun tidak dirancang secara eksplisit sebagai media edukasi, mekanismenya berpotensi melatih kosakata bahasa inggris secara implisit dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji persepsi pelajar terhadap game last letter sebagai media pembelajaran, khusunya dalam aspek penguasaan kosakata dan motivasi belajar. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan instrumen kuesioner terstruktur yang disebarkan kepada pelajar aktif pengguna game tersebut, mengukur frekuensi bermain, motivasi intrinsik, serta persepsi terhadap efektivitas gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa inggris. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengungkap sejauh mana mekanisme kompetitif dan berbatas waktu dalam last letter berkontribusi terhadap perluasaan kosakata dan motivasi berbahasa inggris di kalangan pelajar, sekaligus membuka peluang bagi pengintegrasian game berbasis gamifikasi dalam strategi pembelajaran bahasa yang lebih luas.
