The Influence of Bank Indonesia Sukuk and Third Party Funds on Islamic Banking Financing in Indonesia
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Indonesia Sukuk and Third Party Funds on Islamic Banking Financing in Indonesia. The samples used were Bank Indonesia Sukuk, third party funds and Islamic banking financing from 2016 to 2023. The research approach used is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis, using the E-Views Version 10 application. The results showed that Bank Indonesia Sukuk had a positive and insignificant effect on Islamic banking financing in Indonesia with a coefficient value β₁ of 0.661302 with a probability of 0.1519, this is evidenced by the results of the t test with no significance of 0.1519, a significance value of 0.1519, the significance value is greater than 0.05 (5%). While Third Party Funds have a positive and significant effect on Islamic banking financing in Indonesia, with a coefficient value β2 of 0.231792 with a probability of 0.000, this is evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance of 0.000, the significance value is less than 0.05 (5%), and simultaneously shows that Bank Indonesia Sukuk and Third Party Funds affect Islamic Banking Financing in Indonesia.
