Village Funds: The Effectiveness Of Management And Its Impact On The Development Of Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency

Abstract


This research method is Qualitative, Data is collected using documentation and interviews with elements of the village government involved in managing ADD. Data analysis uses effectiveness techniques and effectiveness criteria ratios. The results showed that the effectiveness of Limau Manis Village Fund Allocation Management in 2021-2023 was in the effective category. The level of effectiveness of ADD management in 2021 (98.92%), 2022 (99.03%) and 2023 (99.96%) and the impact of village funds through development have a positive impact on society. Village funds make it easier for people to do their work. The obstacles experienced in realizing ADD in Limau Manis Village are community understanding of ADD & Community Participation in the management of ADD. How to overcome obstacles in realizing the Village Fund Allocation can be done with training related to the Management of Village Fund Allocation
